Mats made of basalt superfine fiber
Tepmat A.Ş. manufactures basalt superfine fiber heat insulating stitched mats.
Basalt superfine fiber is a material produced from basalt by breakingof rocks into fine fibers. Due to its structure, basalt superfine fiber has unique properties such as high strength, resistance to high temperatures and chemical exposure and good heat insulating properties.
We also manufacture mats in glass fabric linings:
- useglassfabricТ-13 at application temperature from -260 to +450 °C;
- usebasaltfabricТБК-100 atapplicationtemperaturefrom -260 to +700 °C;
- usesilicaglassfabricKТ-11, КТКТКТ-11-ТО atapplicationtemperaturefrom -260 to 900 °C;
Glass fabric lining can be made on one or two sides; version without lining (stitched mats) is also available.
